What Do I Do If My Card is Lost or Stolen?

Immediately contact our 24/7 Customer Support team at (855) 547-2896 if you believe your Bento card is:

- Lost

- Stolen 

- Your PIN or account number is no longer secure or confidential

If you’ve misplaced your Bento card, the Business Owner or Admin of the account can temporarily deactivate the card by toggling the On/Off switch located on the top right corner of the card.

The Business Owner or an Admin can also reissue you a card if you need a replacement.

If you’re not able to get in touch with the Business Owner or Admin of the account, please report that a card has been lost or stolen as soon as possible by calling our Customer Support team at 855-547-2896.
