What Do I Do If Someone I've Sent an Invitation to Hasn't Received it?

If you've invited a user to access the account as an Admin but they haven't received the invitation, you can resend an invite by doing the following:

Navigate to the Users tab, click on the User > Click Resend invite 

Troubleshooting
If the User has still not received the invite:

- Verify with the person that the email address you entered is the email account that they are checking 

- Check that the email address entered wasn't accidentally miskeyed

- Ask the invitee to check the spam folder of their email account

If the Resend Invite link is not available, this means that the invite has been accepted or clicked on. If this is the case, the invitee can simply go to the Login page and request a new password.
